张晓文,男,1967年9月生,博士,教授,博士生导师。湖南省催化与绿色化学专业委员会委员,中国核学会会员,科技部国家重大项目评审专家,教育部学位抽检通讯评议专家;国家自然科学基金、北京、江西、河北等省市自然科学基金同行评议专家;省、市节能、环评评审专家;多家国内外学术期刊审稿专家。重金属水污染控制技术重点实验室主任。
